We begin with a direct consultation and a physical site visit. Our team conducts precise on-site measurements and evaluates the space's potential to ensure your vision aligns with the structural and regulatory realities of the location.

Licensing
Acting on your behalf, we coordinate with licensing consultants. For Light Refreshment licenses, we aim for a streamlined 1 to 1.5-month approval window. This ensures compliance is handled in parallel with design, saving you weeks of downtime.

Design Proposal
We provide a tailored design plan with detailed quotation. This stage includes a collaborative revision process to ensure the aesthetic and functional flow—including shop layout and "adoption routes"—is perfect before construction begins.

Sketch Up
Confirming preliminary designs and quotations with signed contracts. We solidify the timeline and resource allocation for the build. Preparing visualization sketches or 3D drawing for further discussion. See your atelier take shape through precise spatial rendering.

Site Construction
Executing the construction while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Precision engineering at scale, from custom counter-tops to equipment installation.
