1. Warranty Period & Provider

All new machines purchased through Cereal Project include a 1-year official limited warranty provided by the manufacturer. As the authorized distributor, we facilitate the warranty process between the customer and the manufacturer. The warranty period officially commences from the date of delivery or installation.

2. Coverage Conditions (Non-Human-Induced Damage)

This warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and non-human-induced damage (非人為損毀). Any damage resulting from incorrect usage, negligence, accidental impact, or failure to operate the machine according to the official user manual is not covered. Please be advised that damage caused by the use of unfiltered or excessively hard water, which leads to scaling or calcification, is considered incorrect usage and will void the warranty.

3. Service & Repair Procedures

For customers in Hong Kong and Macau, we provide on-site technical support for major mechanical failures that occur within the 1-year official limited warranty period and meet the warranty conditions. If a malfunction is determined to be caused by incorrect usage, or if the repair request falls outside the warranty period, standard service fees and parts costs will apply. In cases where physical repair requires cross-border logistics, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from an authorized service center.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Lead Times

  • Direct Orders: All machines are ordered directly from our US Headquarters.
  • Standard Lead Time: The estimated lead time is approximately 16 weeks. We will provide you with a specific production and delivery timeline at the time of purchase.

2. Delivery Fees and Methods

  • Hong Kong & Macau: We provide complimentary door-to-door delivery for all regions in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Installation Services: We also provide professional installation services at an additional cost. Please indicate your request during checkout or contact us directly.
  • Delivery Requirements: All orders must provide a physical shipping address, a contact person, and a contact phone number.
  • Recipient Presence: On the scheduled delivery day, please ensure an authorized person is present to receive the shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

3. Import Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

  • All-Inclusive Handling: For orders shipped outside of Hong Kong (including the United States), Cereal Project will handle all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
  • Customs Delays: While we manage all costs and paperwork, Cereal Project is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or international regulatory inspections.

4. Technical and Site Readiness

  • Technical & Electrical Specs: Machines require specific power, water supply, and drainage setups.
  • Requirement Review: Regarding electrical (Voltage/Plug types) and drainage requirements, our team will contact you after the order is placed to ensure your site environment meets the necessary specifications.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the site is ready (including water filtration and counter space) before the delivery date. Our team will coordinate a specific installation window for clients who have requested installation services.

5. Inspection and Damaged Shipments

  • Immediate Inspection: Please inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. You must verify that there are no functional malfunctions, physical damages, or incorrect models upon arrival.
  • 48-Hour Reporting Window: If any issues, internal damages, or missing items are found, you must notify us within 48 hours of reception. Please email photo/video evidence to info@cerealproject.com.  so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Final Sale Policy Please review your order carefully before completing payment. Once payment has been processed, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, and no refunds will be issued for "change of mind," accidental orders, or buyer's remorse.


Non-Returnable Items Due to the technical nature and high value of our equipment, we do not accept returns once the product has been paid for or dispatched. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, factory-sealed machine with a full manufacturer’s warranty.


Damages and Issues (Exceptions) The only exception to our final sale policy is if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong model. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you discover an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return Shipping & Costs In the event that a return is authorized, all delivery fees, shipping costs, and logistical procedures shall be borne by the customer.  This includes the cost of returning the item to our designated warehouse and any original shipping fees, which are non-refundable.


How to Request a Return To start a return for a damaged or defective product, you must provide:

  1. Receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Photos or video evidence of the defect/damage.
  3. Contact: Email us at info@cerealproject.com. 

Return Process If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
