3. Site Readiness & Technical Requirements
Our products consist of high-performance professional equipment that requires specific electrical, plumbing, and drainage specifications. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring the installation site is fully prepared according to the technical requirements provided by our team. Cereal Project is not liable for damages or operational failures resulting from improper site preparation.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5. Limitation of Liability
